My favourite ball of PAINI've been suffering for months with tight calves and a very painful IT band syndrome. After seeing many experts and paying hundreds for massages, the best thing so far has actually been this ball. I massage almost everything from the glutes down and it gets really really deep. Easy to pack into my gym bag and I've taken it overseas twice (super light!). I'm so relieved I decided to yolo this purchase and prefer it more than my $150 vibrating foam roller + all the other toys.
