Assistant Buyer (Osborne Park, WA)
The Assistant Buyer supports the Buying Team with the creation, presentation and ongoing management of products across the company's websites.
A major focus of the role is ensuring new products are created accurately and efficiently, with high-quality product descriptions, images and information ready for customers when stock becomes available.
The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisation and the ability to manage a high volume of products across multiple brands and categories.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong written communication skills and the ability to work accurately while managing a large number of products and deadlines.
They should be highly organised, comfortable working with online systems and spreadsheets, and able to work collaboratively with Buyers, Marketing and other departments.
An interest in tennis, running, pickleball, padel or sporting products would be highly advantageous.

Retail Staff - Osborne Park
Total Pickleball is opening a flagship retail shop in Osborne Park. We are currently seeking casual and full-time staff. If you have a passion for pickleball and have retail experience we are looking for someone like you!
Total Pickleball team members are trained in the following areas.
- Serving customers to provide friendly, expert advice across all pickleball categories.
- Expert knowledge of pickleball paddles.
- Stock Management.
- Retail Merchandising.

Marketing Coordinator (Osborne Park, WA)
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing and producing engaging digital content across Tennis Only, Total Pickleball and Padel.
The role combines social media management, hands-on content production and website coordination. The successful candidate will be highly organised, creative and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion.

- Manage day-to-day social media activity across Tennis Only, Total Pickleball and Padel.
- Develop and maintain social media content calendars.
- Create and schedule posts, reels, stories and other social content.
- Develop engaging content around products, brands, launches, events and promotions.
- Ensure each channel remains active, relevant and consistent with the individual brand.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
- Plan and produce photo and video content for social media, websites and digital marketing.
- Undertake camera work and filming both in-house and on location.
- Edit short and long-form video content.
- Create graphics and other digital assets as required.
- Produce content for new product launches, promotions, brand campaigns and events.
Content Production
Key Expectations
This is a hands-on role. The successful candidate will be expected to both develop ideas and execute them. They will take ownership of their areas of responsibility, manage deadlines effectively and work collaboratively with the wider marketing team, buyers and management. The role requires someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of creative output and attention to detail.
Strong social media knowledge, video editing, camera/photography skills, graphic design capability and excellent project management are essential. An interest in tennis, pickleball, padel or sport generally would be highly advantageous.
