Frequent Questions
To place a team order, please call the Total Pickleball Team Department at 1-866.800.7476, or email us directly at: teams@totalpickleball.com. A team representative will be able to get you started with an order, and can assist you with any questions you may have regarding team discounts.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. We also accept purchase orders, checks, and wire transfer. At this time, we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a method of payment.
Schools, colleges, and government agencies are the only customers who may pay with purchase orders. Before we are able to ship your order, we must receive a PDF copy of a signed purchase order from the school. Purchase orders should be on the school or district letterhead and include a PO number, authorized signature, billing and shipping address, and the available dollar amount.
The club discount is for clubs the register with Total Pickleball. Registration is completed online through the team department tab on the website. Please contact the Team Department to see if you qualify for discounts. We offer deals on apparel, shoes, bags, and qualifying accessories. We do not give discounts on liquidation items, pickleballs for play, ball machines, or paddles. Discounts vary by item. Other exclusions may apply.
We offer FREE 2-Day shipping on orders over $50. Offer valid in the contiguous U.S. only. Click here for more details on this offer. UPS Ground Shipping is $5.95 on team orders and will take two to five business days to arrive. Another option is Overnight Shipping, pricing varies based on delivery location and weight of package. Orders must have an actual or dimensional weight of 12 lbs. or less.
We offer a number of customization methods and stock logos for club/team uniforms. If you choose to create your own custom design, there is a one time set up fee of $50 per logo in addition to the regular customization fees. All customization orders must have a minimum of six items, and must be placed on a single order.
Total Pickleball will refund all items returned within 90 days of the invoice date. Apparel and shoes can be returned for a full refund or exchange, if I they are in brand-new condition with the original tags and packaging intact. Items returned from a bulk order will be credited back to whoever originally purchased the items. Embroidered, screen-printed, or heat sealed items are non-returnable.
